SAL College of Engineering is among nine institutes within the campus and was established in the year 2012. It is promoted by Dr. Rajendrabhai Shah, patron of Sal Hospital & Shah Alloys Ltd. It offers undergraduate degrees in Engineering Discipline of Chemical, Computer, Information Technology, Computer Science and Engineering and Mechatronics. It also runs the PG course in Machine Design- Mechanical Engineering. The institute has well   educated professionals of various disciplines and varieties of subjects. The faculty of the institutes are very active and keep them updated about the subjects. The institute has various students clubs, ISTE chapter and innovation council. The institute also offers NPTEL Swayam courses. Moreover, Students of the institute regularly participate in the interdisciplinary projects, GTU events, Hackathons, workshops, technical competitions, cultural events and also International Exchange Programmes conducted by the University.  This makes the students confident not only about their technical skills but as an overall development.
